First of all I’d like to say thank yoooou Nejat....my nails look beautiful. Then...I cannot highlight this enough but her customer service demeanour is beyond belief. As a starter in the business she has paid attention to my demands like ‘don’t cut my cuticles’ and respected my wishes. This may seem small...but trust me I have been to enough saloons and I can safely say they never listen to my wishes as a customer. I also would like to add about the products she uses. Her average nail polish has lasted a whole week...yes a whole week and that’s because I have washed the dishes without gloves. Overall So brilliant I must say and would recommend her highly. As for me she has a customer for life.
