After a day of travel delays that in turn delayed my appointment considerably, the Spa was more than accomodating. Humaira's professionalism and skill made a normally painful process quick and seamless. I travel extensively and she is by far the best technician I have been to. Highly recommended.

Very easy to find the venue, bus 14 and 414 from Knightsbridge stopping in front of the shop,which was very convenient for me as I work there. People are very nice and the place was clean. Hollywood wax was almost painless and the lady was very nice. I just would like to say I have been setting on a toilet towel which was there already. So I don't know if it's been used from somebody else! I hope it was not. And also, the lady was amazing on waxing but the threading was not as I expected it to be, it was all right. Plus she did my upper lips without telling me there was an extra charge for it. So before I left I had to pay 5£ more and they don't take cards so I had to go out and go back with cash which was quite annoying . A part from that I ll go back, but only for waxing!
