Really good eyebrow threading, however I was seen 20 minutes late and no staff in the salon realised I was waiting, I had to ask someone after 15 minutes and they actually didn't tell me what was going on. They should definitely do something to let people know when they are running late.

It was my first visit at Naya. I was booked in with Humaira. She's friendly and polite and a perfectionist and my brazilian wax didn't hurt a bit.

Renau was absolutely brilliant - honestly the quickest and most pain free wax I've had in ages. Will definitely go back. They do loyalty cards too :)
