I had a very positive experience. The ambience was super chilled as soon as I got there, despite the place being on a main road in Knightsbridge. It was upstairs and there was more than one treatment room. I had my treatment on the top floor (the stairs were perfectly manageable) and the room was clean, airy + relaxing. Ivanna was very diligent and had good attention to detail. I was very happy with the treatment + result; she got all the hairs out + the area was left smooth and irritation free.
