I had a great experience for my waxing, on time, I'm a regular customer and the same lady who normally looks after me. She's really friendly and does a great job.
For the eyebrow threading I had to wait about 20 minutes for my appointment when the slots are 15 minutes long that was a bit disappointing. I have very fair eyebrows so I understand it can be really difficult to see my hairs, but some were missed and I ended up with one eyebrow slightly thiner than the other.
The lady who did it was fairly new I think and not the usual lady who does threading, so I will go back for this treatment, but request the regular staff member.

First spray tan so chose somewhere with a great reputation. You do pay slightly more here, but it is worth the money. Knowledgeable staff, discussed colour I was after, do's and don'ts after tanning. Looked very natural throughout my holiday and faded evenly. Will come back here again.
