Good sugaring overall - was not aware they did strip sugaring here (instead of hand sugaring) but decent results so far. Very confused though on appointment time and then timing of treatment as I got a call after booking to move it back half an hour, then showed up at that time and was told they had been waiting on me. Apologies were given, but still had to wait another 20 minutes after that, so overall took far longer than I was expecting especially from the initial appointment time I thought was available.
