Honestly not happy with my experience. Arrived at the place and had to wait 40 minutes before my treatment even begun and when I asked how much longer it would take after 20 minutes of waiting the owner told me they are running late and the put “priorities” on their costumers rather than ones that booked through a third party e.g treat well. Then while I was getting my legs waxed a girl rushed in halfway and said she needed to do my bikini now as she won’t have time later (usually it’s only one therapist that does everything) then after my bikini was done that girl left and they continued with my legs. The staff are nice and pleasant but there seems to be an issue with their time management and the waxing was not bad but not good either as the roots are not pulled out. Instead the hairs are only broken in half so you do not have a “nice and smooth” feeling after the wax. The place isn’t terrible but I will not be going back.
