First time waxer. I was terrified but my therapist, Vivienne, (I hope that was her name), could not have been nicer or more professional. She was a total pro, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout and I got a lovely result. The rooms are very pleasant too. Great location for fitting into a west end shopping spree.
