I was really disapointed with my treatments. I visited during my lunch hour to be told they were running 5 minutes late which turned out to be over 15 minutes late. I was told during the leg wax that I had a number of ingrown hairs that would not come out with the wax and advised to use an epilator when I get home to remove them. I asked for my underarms to be done if she had time and was told it would be an extra £20. It took 5 miutes to do the under arms so it seemed rather extortionary but I wanted to get my waxing done before I went on holiday the next day. Given the delay in my treatments I think the under arm wax could have been complimentary as I was very late back to the office. I checked my legs when I got home and a number of hairs have been missed that were not in grown so my legs are by no means hairless. Usually I would expect a beuty therapist to take some time to pluck out any missed hairs with tweezers, this is what they usually do but I guess so many had been missed she would have been there a long time and instead opted to not bother. It is a shame because the salon is really nice and the wax they used was very gentle and the staff friendly but I would not recomend it if you want a good job. Maybe my experience was a one off as thye were clearly running late but I spent approx £120 in total and looking at the finished job now, feel rather ripped off.
