Beside the threading I had a shellac mani and signature pedicure. All the staff I came across were lovely and pleasant. The ambience was comfortable, nice smelling with luxury Jo malone candles and light, with music at a good level. They also helpfully managed to repair a nail that I had broken really low down at the nail bed.
