I had their signature manicure with gel and it lasted for 3 weeks
They have a great colour selection it was more then 300 colours to choose from. . I absolutely love this salon.
I’ve read the other reviews and feel like I went to a different place to be honest. The vibe wasn’t particularly friendly when I arrived-I wasn’t welcomed for ages & stood behind a client paying in queue having a long chat whilst another staff member ignored me. I mentioned I was pregnant, they said it was ok for spray tan but they didn’t take any health details or form at all.
The lady who did the spray-tan was very brusque. It was my first one & she didnt explain anything, where to put my things, where underwear was.. opened the door on me several times whilst I was undressing, & actually left half way through the tan & left door wide open to the main corridor when I was topless.
At times she acted like the patchiness on my wrists was somehow my fault for not standing correctly ?!
The spray tan lasted about 15 mins & then she left me without explaining but just handed me the warm air tube to dry myself, she didnt say how long this would be and I felt like I paid £100 to stand drying myself for 10 mins- i feel she should have done it, not left me to do it for that amount.
She didnt explain about drying off the tan or aftercare at all & didnt say bye.
The tan looked good in the end but it was way too dark the next day & I made sure I scrubbed and moisturised a lot researching what to do myself, as I said, no mention of after care at all.
My appointment at 7 pm all seemed a bit rushed. You definitely pay for the privilege of being off Oxford St here- but I had a much better tan for £75 in House of Fraser so I feel like this was way, way overpriced.
