A great experience overall, very welcoming and friendly staff, clean environment. It was my first time getting a spray tan and the technician was incredibly thorough in explaining everything to me. The one slight criticism I would have is that there was no communication prior to the appointment about having cream on your skin, exfoliating the night before, wearing baggy clothing or not carrying a backpack after (I had moisturiser on so had to wipe myself down as much as possible and had not exfoliated, and I had a big backpack as I was leaving on holiday afterwards). Other than that, though, a very positive experience and have returned since.
