This place should be out of business or They should employ better people. Great location with useless staff.
Where to start, they cancelled my appointment twice after I already arrived there, claiming that treatwell appointment system was wrong ( then why do you use the app as a merchant? ), such a waste of time.
Then I had to argue with them to have a service that I already paid for.They first tried to get away with money, then asked me to cancel everything and try to get my money back from treatwell, then lied about the appointment time, finally store manager stepped in (very late) to apologise.
By the way I paid £160 for this!
After arguments I managed to get a pedicure and get a refund of the second booking.
The girl who did my pedicure, cut my nails too short and my toes bleeded and now they are infected! The nail polish chipped the next day and they asked another £10 to fix it! Very unprofessional service. Do yourself a favour, there are way better nail shops inside the high street stores across the road and they are way more cheaper and professional.I will also write a warning to forums and online channels so people won't get injured like me and be a victim of people who are trying to take your hard earned cash.

This small storefront spa and its staff are the antithesis of the big stores and bustle of Oxford Street. I will return when next I am in London.
