Liliana was a great masseuse who made me feel comfortable and explained each step of the routine. the routine itself was very relaxing and smelled wonderful, I felt completely at ease during it and my skin looks great!

I have had shoulder problems for a number of years and was advised by my physio to have regular back neck and shoulder massages it's just finding the right place to go I've tried several different places but I think I've finally found someone who actually cares about my problems, wants to help and is brilliant at their job thank goodness I found lilliana she's amazing

I was keen to support this local business after a great massage. Unfortunately My cuticles were cut in such a way that they bled (a lot). So 2 of my fingers have blood mixed in with the gel. She also mixed up the acetone bottle so wiped acetone in to my bleeding cuticles = very sore. She said it was because my cuticles were in a bad condition as if it was my fault (never happened in the last 10yrs of manicures). 2 days later & 2 of my nails are chipping off. No response to my emails to rectify.
