Came in wanting a new look and left with a really sharp haircut and, under Mike's care, went from a home dye black to blond. Its incredibly easy to mess up your hair when going through a process like this but he was incredibly careful, considerate and detail focused - it's a science after all. Best part? I don't need to remember the colour mixes etc - Mike and his partner do - so when I came back six weeks later, he knew exactly what I wanted and how to enhance my look.
