I found Matt on TW when I’d almost lost hope that my hair would recover after another hairdresser severely damaged it with bleach. From the start, Matt was honest and realistic, advising me to let my hair recover and come back in three months rather than rushing into treatment. I followed his advice, and when I returned, I couldn’t have been happier with the results. My new highlights and haircut exceeded expectations, and my hair looked and felt so much healthier. Coffee is also v good :)
