I had some time in the day to visit Matt. I have had quite a few massages and he was definitely up there with the best of them. He took time to understand where to focus and knew what he was doing. Definitely worth going.

Matt is really friendly and very knowledgable. He has really helped with some problems I have with my quadriceps and hips. A massage and also some suggestions for exercises and stretches I can do myself have made a great difference. I hope to incorporate some more sessions with Matt in the future as part of my regular fitness regime.
