Honestly, the best my eyebrows have ever looked. I only went in to have them threaded, but Rimpy suggested that I had them tinted (which I had never done before). Wow! Thank you so much for such excellent service - I will be back!

I booked and paid for my blow dry and walked to the salon to find it closed. No one has replied to me, so I have paid for a blow dry that I have not had. Please refund my money

I got a lash lift done, the technician curled them so that they look incredibly uneven. They stick up way too far back so they are basically stuck to my upper eye lids and are curled round in the complete wrong way and just look dreadful. My lashes have been ruined and I’m resisting temptation to pull them out. Can’t even get them fixed because of lockdown.
