The blow dry was quick and the lady who did it knew what she was doing. The end result wasn't as satisfying but that's perhaps due to the lack of communication and I should have communicated more precisely what I wanted. Overall, good value for money.

I'd go somewhere else next time. The sink was dirty with other people's hair. I was sat at the nail bar rather than the empty hair station so didn't have a proper mirror and it was hard to see what was going on. I asked for volume, it was pretty flat so then they backcombed it. I could have done that myself! I was also very unhappy that no styling or heat protection products were put on my hair to protect it from the blow drying and help hold it for longer, just some hair spray at the end. Needless to say it dropped out quicker than any other blow dry I've had. Disappointing.
