I was very pleased with my visit to Backstage Beauty. I recently moved to London from the US and have yet to find a nail salon that I felt delivered the same service as the salons back home, but I think I finally found one in Backstage Beauty. :)
It is a small salon inside the West One Shopping Center on Bond Street, but the ambiance was nice, good music, friendly staff, etc. Giulia did my nails and did a great job. She was very precise and made sure I was happy with her work several times throughout the process.
CONS: My appointment started 30 minutes late. I also purchased the Gel nail extension package but didn't realize that shellac on top was an additional £10 - they told me in store. I wish I had been aware of that beforehand but other than that I was very happy with the experience. Definitely recommended.
