The hair treatment and blow dry was great so no problems with the product but what would I would expect to be a 45 -60 minute process took about 2 hours! I think maybe they had double booked or something but the guys did their best to be friendly about it.

I picked this salon as i needed to book last minute blowdry and they were the only ones with availability. On arrival I was told they double booked and asked me to come back in 20 mins, When I came back one of the ladies washed my hair, She wasn't gentle to say the least and it was extremely unpleasant, Water was cold and she kept spraying it on my face, My make up was ruined. She didn't apply any conditioner.
At this point I was glad someone else took over from her. The blowdry was fine, couldn't fault it at the time but my hair dropped within an hour.
The only positive aspect of this salon was the gentleman who blowdried my hair - very polite and accomodating.
I regretted not going to gym and washing my hair there...

Lovely little hidden gem! The staff are so happy and smiley despite being tucked away by the tube station! Got exactly what I wanted - a quick wash and blow dry after work! The stylists knew what to do and how to do it and we're so professional! Thank you all at Backstage Beauty! I'll be back! X
