Booked 45 minute manicure through treatwell but when I turned up 3 minutes late the therapist said they had just squeezed me in between other customers as treatwell give appointments that aren't available. This was said to 3 other customers who came in also. Manicure was rushed as a result. Really think this issue should be addresses
