Appointment took place 15 mins late due to the previous appointment overrunning. The manicurist was sufficient although I found her to be slow and it was only performed to an average standard compared to other venues. However she did check I was happy throughout and the ambience was friendly.

The staff at Backstage are very lovely, helpful and do a great job. They care about quality so only have OPI nail varnishes and the quality shows.
