The worse I’ve ever had so far. The lady was truly rude. I loved thag Treatwell gave a huge discount and I only paid £28 but the lady charged me extra £14 which was apparently for removal. She seemed very annoyed that my appointment was booked via Treatwell and not via them as Treatwell doesn’t charge enough. My nails have already chipped really bad and I’ve barely used my hands in the past few days as I’ve been very ill. If you could pla look into this matter as service was disgraceful and quaint very poor. I would like to request a refund! Thank you
