I left without a treatment :( I booked same day through the app but when the salon confirmed my appointment it was for a different time. They were annoyed I didn't pick up the email and turned up at the time I'd booked. They did call the next client to make time for me, but I felt very uncomfortable stood waiting and it was emphasised that if they couldn't move it, my appointment would be cancelled. It was a really bad first impression, I felt very unwelcome, and in the end I left without a treatment. I've heard this place is very good, but I won't be going back.
