I did the thing you're never supposed to do. I went to a new salon to get my hair cropped (I had a bob before). I won't lie, I had a little panic just before I went in - in case it went wrong. But Ivona is so warm and friendly that I completely relaxed. I absolutely love my cut (and I say this as someone who regularly cries after going to the hairdresser!). Would totally recommend.
