It was my first time there. Ivona looked carefully at the photos I brought with me and talked me through the plan. She explained each step as she progressed with the hair cut. I had an overall good experience there and will probably go back.

She is a first class Stylist. Always does a great job of cutting my very fine Straight hair and I know from other stylists work that the slightest mistake is going to show up.
