This is the worst haircut I’ve had in London. Ivona never asked my name and didn’t ask much about what I wanted from my hair. She washed my hair with cold water and argued “no it feels warm on my hands” when I mentioned it was cold. The cut is about two inches shorter than what I asked for which she attributed to my hair being uneven. At the end my hair actually was uneven, she said that was due to the blow dry (that she did) being straighter on one side. She agreed to fix it luckily.
