Iva is very experienced and gave me an excellent haircut and blow-out. She made sure to ask exactly how much hair I wanted to be cut (not everyone does this) and gave good advice on the style. Plus she has a great personality and puts you at ease.

Really disappointed and upset with my haircut. Have been trying to grow my hair longer and went in to just have it neatened up. Explained that I was happy with the length and just wanted a small amount off, but ended up having way more taken off than I had expected - it’s now shorter than it’s been in years. When I said this as soon as I realised I was told that anything less was a dusting not a trim and I should have said I wanted that - I’ve never heard that before. I was made to feel quite uncomfortable and just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I know it’s only hair but pretty gutted with how it is now and will have to wait for a long time for it to grow back. Sadly won’t be returning.
