Been to this place twice and the first time I had an amazing experience. The most recent time left me disappointed. I have had some back pain and was really looking forward to my 90mins.
At one point for about 10 min, I felt like the person was on their phone. Only one hand was being used on my feet&legs and there were frequent 2-3 second pauses. After the appt, instead of asking how it was I was just asked “have u paid” Service is lacking by Sophia & there was no goodbye, just onto the next.
