Reluctant but necessary review as my complaint was so poorly handled by the salon. I booked a 1hr30 Reiki treatment, but it only lasted 45 mins. I emailed the salon with my booking confirmation and they replied with a very curt “45 minutes is plenty” completely missing the point that they misled me to pay for a treatment that would only be half as long. I asked them again to explain their advertising and their response was simply “ask Treatwell”. Awful customer service and overall experience.

I’m normally a weekly regular for a deep tissue massage after a long week on my feet at work. This was my first time with Milly, she was very good at making me feel relaxed, asking about problematic areas and making sure I was comfortable with pressure and positioning throughout.
