Unfortunately the massage began late & only lasted 50 minutes (I’d booked 60). I could hear chatting on the phone which should have been private. I’ve previously had good experiences. I did like the Hot Stones & being asked re pressure level though

I’ve been having lots of issues with tightness in my upper body, they’re so intense that my therapist asked if I’d been getting headaches, and had been struggling to get any relief through stretching. I asked my therapist to focus on my upper body for the session and she was happy to oblige, I felt instant relief and I’m pleased that this relief has continued nearly a week later. I’m able to move so much more and my sleep has improved
