Terri was super friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable even though it was my first time at her salon and my first time getting a bikini wax in almost 6 months. She left me with some great tips but unfortunately also with a few straggling hairs. All in all a pleasant experience though.

A 2hr Lioness sauna & steamroom, followed by 1hr full body massage by Terri. A birthday gift from my daughter, and I chose Queen Esther's for the steam & sauna. The facilities are great, I would book again. Rated it medium because there was no expert guidance on the facilities (prob due to reduced staff), would have been helpful and I missed it. Still I had a fantastic experience! Terri's massage was absolutely wonderful and did me so much good. Lovely session, I'll be back!
