I HAD MY APPOINTMENT WITH TERRY THIS TIME. WHAT A WONDERFUL LADY. SHE IMMEDIATELY MADE ME FEEL AT EASE AND WELCOME AT THE SPA. WHILE DOING THE TREATMENT SHE TALKED TO ME, WHICH TOOK MY MIND OFF THE DISCOMFORT OF THE TREATMENT, AND BEFORE I KNEW IT SHE HAD FINISHED THE JOB!! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT.

Facial was good, only improvement would be to create a more relaxing atmosphere by playing music in the room rather than outside the room - would help to drown out the noise from other colleagues and customers
