I booked a session to address a specific block in my back, but the issue wasn’t resolved. The therapist repeatedly reacted with “oh wow” when finding tension, which felt performative rather than reassuring. She also offered unsolicited interpretations about “mother issues” and my left kidney without any medical basis. The constant talking made it hard to relax. Overall, not the focused, professional treatment I expected.
