The staff wasn’t very kind, they kept talking in their language for the entire session, including some giggles which looked as if they were targeted at us.
The quality of extensions is below average.
The eyebrows weren’t nicely done either.

Extra- fees scammers. I have booked a shellac BIAB manicure .1st bad surprise it is not BIAB so it is already overcharged. 2nd hygiene, the polish cap remover were still having pads from previous customer. And after the manicure was done they charged me an extra £8 for choosing a cat eye nail polish. This extra fee was not announced by the team nor indicated in any flyers or color booklet. I was forced to pay as the owner became disrespectful. i have asked for refund and they are not answering
