Great service. I had booked a specific slot and had to wait about 10 mins. Others with slots booked after me had to wait longer. They seemed to take a lot of walk ins as well as appointments- so be wary if expecting to meet your booking time.

They were half n hour late which resulted in my pedicure taking about 15mins (not including the drying time - as I got normal polish). The staff were lovely but a little dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Really disappointed. I booked a one hour luxury pedicure and paid the best part of fifty quid. It felt like Yijin was rushing even though there was no one else in the salon. She only actually touched my feet for about ten minutes and the rest of the hour was me sitting with my nails “drying” (which would have taken ten minutes tops). She didn’t massage my lower legs/feet or apply any kind of moisturiser. My feet still have visible dry skin on them and feel scratchy when I rub them together.
