Really disappointed. I booked a one hour luxury pedicure and paid the best part of fifty quid. It felt like Yijin was rushing even though there was no one else in the salon. She only actually touched my feet for about ten minutes and the rest of the hour was me sitting with my nails “drying” (which would have taken ten minutes tops). She didn’t massage my lower legs/feet or apply any kind of moisturiser. My feet still have visible dry skin on them and feel scratchy when I rub them together.

I specifically googled beforehand whether a half leg wax included the knee before booking and found that it did. I left with hairy knees… also patches of wax on my legs which I didn’t notice until I got home which is embarrassing.

I got both a manicure & pedicure at this appt, by two different staff. Unfortunately, I suffered small cuts on both my hands & feet during cuticle treatment. And the pedicure massage chairs seemed quite old & worn out. Positives: they were friendly staff and I got a great foot massage. Overall: Nails okay, but wouldn’t visit again.
