The nail technician I had was awful! She was so slow, it took nearly 2 hours for infills! And she clearly did not know how to use the drill as she drilled my skin numerous times to the point where I have a red rim around my nail and it’s sore to touch after 2 days. Not impressed!

I had manicure and pedicure that were ok.
I don’t know who did it as one person did the manicure and another the pedicure.
The place was awfully smelling of gel/shellac fumes. You get used after a while but you are actually breathing unhealthy fumes. The appointment should have lasted 1 hour and 15 minutes but it lasted 2 hours and 25 minutes.
The place has potential as it’s clean and everyone is nice, but appointments should be better managed and ventilation should be in place.
