I booked a time and arrived, they told me they had no time and I should come back in an hour. I get that this happened but the total lack of friendliness and customer service appalled me. They were unwilling to meet me halfway or give me my money back. I would not recommend this place at all.

I was happy with everything until less than 24 hours later when two of my nails had popped off. I booked to have the redone but by the next day two more had popped clean off and two more were loose. They’ve refused to refund me but… why would I want to go back and have another set of rubbish nails? Have complained to treatwell and won’t be going back. The massage and facial were good though.

Pedicure was very good but it would be helpful to ventilate the place a bit. The smell of chemicals used for nail extensions was making me a bit sick.
