Horrible experience, horrible haircut. This man doesn’t stop talking, which means he isn’t listening. This hairdresser and owner and name on the door almost had me in tears because of his verbally brash and a nasty tone. I wanted a long bob which was blunt and chic and very much the current style and nothing out of the ordinary, instead he thought I should get the whole thing layered into a long shag basically. I said no. So what I got instead of what I asked for was basically a long bowl cut. No thinning or graduating or blending or layers around my face - nothing to give it shape. It looked like a wig. When he said he was done I was shocked, deeply shocked. It was cut in 10mins with no love, talent or finesse. When I said can you add some layers around my face or blend it I got more abuse. “I don’t understand you” “this what you ask for” really shouting at me and berating me for questioning the haircut, and then he started hacking the front because he was angry. I got the hell out of there before he did real damage. The next client had pop arrived and could tell I was visabally on the verge of tears and tried to help. DO NOT COME HERE. MASSIMO IS A HACK. I went to another hairdresser to fix it and now I love my hair! The worst part of my haircut wasn’t even the hair - it’s Massimo himself.
