Massimo made me feel special and recommended the hairstyle that he thought would suit me (always a good sign for me). I had his attention all to myself. He came across as a very experienced hairdresser and someone who is very proud of his work. Would definitely recommend.

From the smell of cigarette on the hairdresser's hands (passed on to my hair of course), to the nonchalant attitude with which my desires and requests were ignored, my experience at Massimo Giglio's hair salon has been a complete failure. It was all already there in other people's review though, so I should have paid more attention. I still struggle to understand how it is possible that clear and reiterated indications about a precise haircut have been ignored so blatantly. Try at your own risk.
