Massimo cuts hair like no one I’ve had before. I have thick curly hair and he didn’t even hesitate. Loved my experience and I only wish I lived closer. Fortunately my daughter does so she will be back!

I won't go back to this hair salon. I specifically asked for:
1. 'No layers' on my hair, after being asked if I wanted layers (and I got layers done)
2. Just a trim, as I needed to keep my low maintenance hair cut
In the end, I got layers done and Massimo said I'll now need to style my hair with a brush (which is true, or it looks messy & unhealthy).
He (maybe jokingly) said that when customers complain he's doing what they haven't asked for, he asks customers to leave.
