I am incredibly satisfied with the appointment! I found the hairdresser very experienced, professional and friendly. I was given professional advice about what color should I go for and also some haircare tips. Overall, I had a very pleasant time chatting with the stylist and left with the big smile on my face!

The Italian lady (Sorry I can't remember her name!) was BRILLIANT. She gave me very honest advice and told me the best way to achieve what I wanted long term (after several bad boxed hair dyes my hair was ruined and there was no quick fix). I felt like she really cared about the result and I will definitely be going back. Best hairdresser I've ever had!!!!
