I was a bit disappointed with my experience. Firstly the salon is tiny with no facilities to be given a cup of tea or to use the bathroom. I had rang earlier in the day to see if I could change my appointment from 5.30 to 4pm and was told I could and they rang again to confirm this. Then when I got to the area (40 mins from where I work) they said this was no longer possible and I had to wait till 5. I know these things happen but very annoying all the same. Daniella who did my hair was a lovely person and very polite but my highlights turned out pretty streaky. Also it was not really value for money as the voucher cost me £45 but I had to pay an additional £15 for a toner (usually done for free in most salons after you get colour) and then asked if I wanted a rough dry or a blow dry (for more additional money). Bit disappointing, not my best Treatwell experience. I won't be going back.

I will go back for sure. So happy with my hair, Daniela managed to fix my awful highlights!It's a really small salon, so when you are there, they will concentrate just on you. If you want to be sure to get what you want, then this is the right place for you!

I've had my hair cut twice here now- a first for me as I've been trying to find a stylist who understands my hair & Daniella does just that! She's given me a new style which I love- it suits my face & style of hair. She'd previouly coloured it & I was very happy with her choice of colours- her attention to getting is right is key & something hard to find in many salons. The laidback friendly vibe means I will definitely be back!
