The hairdresser (I don't remember her name) was brilliant. I think she was the owner. She did my hair so nice it was a proper Theresa McQueen. No one has ever done my hair looking so good and I didn't want to wash it out the next day!!! It kept in the next day as well so if i waned it too it would have stayed. I was really happy with it. I will def go back and may even try to get a cut here, if she was that good at the hair styling I'm guessing the cuts will be good as well?
Absolutely love my new haircut. Massimo gave one of the best haircuts I had in a very long time, hair looks shiny and the layers are just perfect. I will definitely be going back.

I attended or a hair cut as was waiting on a visa application. The booking procedure was efficient .
I arrived early and was seen straight away. The hairdresser asked me how I wanted my hair styled and any issues I have had in the past.
He was very enthusiastic as had just opened the salon about 18 months ago.
I had a keratin shampoo treatment and my hair seems to have been cut well.
I was finished within about 35 minutes.
The only issue I had was finding the salon.
I would return again if in the area again.
Daniela is v. attentive and suggests ideas suited to the individual. Great value for money especially for colouring which can be pricey compared to other competitors.
Ideal location for City based workers too. Excellent find courtesy of the site. Would definitely go back again.
Having reduced my hair to mere straw with a number of hair dying 'experiments' I was pretty desperate by the time I saw Daniela at Massimo.
I can say this; she is brilliant. She is the first hairdresser in London to listen to what I wanted, note my concerns and actually have a bit of free will to disagree with you and suggest things herself (which is always a nice surprise in our 'Customer is always right' climate, which has seen me adopt a number of tragic hair misfires).
Daniela is really good at talking through style decisions with you, making suggestions and making a 'plan' for your hair. She's also really good fun to chat to.
I'll be a repeat customer and I am so glad I found this salon.
