Massimo was, I think, honest about what was achievable with my very long hair (I wanted a big blow out)- I was disappointed not to get exactly what I wanted, and felt like I ended up with the sleek, straight look he himself preferred. But it was an exactly treatment and the keratin left my hair in great condition for days. The lack of bathroom was inconvenient! Very charismatic hairdresser- I'd go back for a cut, not a blow dry.
