A+. Massimo is a true Italian craftsman. I have long hair and was beautifully coiffed within an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite from the moment I walked in the door then out again. He's a natural at what he does and prides himself in a job well done. You can tell that he cares a lot about customer service.
I already had an idea of how I wanted my hair cut and Massimo made suggestions for how to achieve the best look. He showed me what he was doing along the way. I felt that I was in good hands.
He works in a very skilled manner. Massimo methodically measured, cut, and aligned all the sections of my hair, then checked all the way around to make sure everything was in fact well aligned.
Fantastic blow dry to top it off. I felt and looked fabulous, and in fact I got a few wow's within yards of walking out of the salon :)
The salon is well located in a quaint spot just off Fleet Street and by St. Bride's Church. A characterful nook. The salon is well lit and feels airy even though there are only 2 stations.
Thank you Massimo for the high quality personalized service. I wish every person who provided a service was like you!!

Massimo was very helpful in suggesting what hair cut would suit me. He also checked before he cut any of my hair that the length he was taking off was ok for me, which was great!
