Massimo greeted me by name on arrival. Made me feel very welcome. Gave lots of suggestions re options for my hair. Cut my hair differently to any other hairdresser and I love it! Professional service. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I'll now be a regular client.

Very friendly staff and as I had to pop out in my lunch break for the cut, they were quick but the cut was still really good, great location in the City too.
