Massimo and Frankie were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Frankie gave fantastic advice on what cut and colour would suit me best. Absolutely love the end result and had a great time while I was there.

The haircut was one huge disappointment. I was done in half hour. I don't think I did get a hair treatment mentioned in the package that I've purchased at all.

Nothing horrible, but wasn't extremely happy with the result. Also had to sit really low which hurts my legs and at one point had to sit in an awkward position for the hairdresser which hurt my neck... All in all, wasn't devastated but won't go back.
